ALLEN NJIE AND MING-YANG YANG LEAVE GC

Grasshopper Club Zürich loans it’s midfielder Allen Njie to NK Slaven Belupo Koprivnica until the end of the season 2020/21. Ming-Yang Yang also leaves GC for Chinese club Nantong Zhiyun FC.

Allen Njie played for GC since February 2019 and had 21 appearances for the first team. The 21-year-old liberian joins croation side NK Slaven Belupo until the end of the season, where he can get important game time. NK Slaven Belupo has the option for a permanent move in the summer 2021.

Ming-Yang Yang – Swiss Chinese dual citizen – joined the Hoppers last summer from English side Wolverhampton Wanderers. While playing in one competitive game for the first team, Ming-Yang played in several matches for the GC U21 and scored one goal in the blue-and-white shirt. After he made his Super League-Debut as a 17-year-old, he couldn’t completely satisfy the high expectations of him yet. He now switches for the second Chinese league and joins Nantong Zhiyun FC, where he will be able to live his football dream in his second home.

Grasshopper Club Zürich thanks Allen Njie and Ming-Yang Yang for their commitment and wishes both of them all the best and every success.
