GC ZURICH VISITS FCZ

The second away derby is coming up for GC Zurich at the start of the final third of the championship. Kick-off for the match against FCZ is at 6 pm.

The Hoppers recently failed to confirm their performance from previous games and were beaten at home by FC Winterthur. It was the fourth home defeat of the current season. Now another Zurich derby is on the cards. The Hoppers will visit FCZ for the second time this season.

Head coach Bruno Berner ahead of the game: "We believe in our abilities and are determined to put in a good performance. We're looking forward to seeing a lot of spectators at the Letzigrund stadium and want to get back to winning ways. We lost the last game, now we have to show a reaction."

FCZ have not won a league match since the end of November. Since then, seven games have resulted in three draws and four defeats. Most recently, Bo Henriksen's team were beaten 3-0 away at Yverdon Sport. Both teams have won one of the two derbies so far.

Tickets for the guest sector will only be sold on match day from 2 hours before kick-off. Further information can be found here.

Head coach Bruno Berner will be without Momoh Francis for the match against FCZ. The Nigerian is missing due to a yellow card suspension.

The match can be followed as usual on 86live via live ticker and radio. The match can also be seen on pay TV on blue Sport.

Double derby

After the match, the derby between the two women's team will also take place at Letzigrund stadium at 8.30 pm. If visitors stay inside the stadium, they can watch the women's derby free of charge.
