Paskotši progressed through the FC Flora academy, Tallinn’s first-tier team and record holder. He quickly became a regular in their Under-21 and has already in his mid-teens made two appearances for Flora's first team. Later on, he secured victories in both the Estonian Cup and the Super Cup.
The youngster moved to Tottenham’s Youth in 2020 and made his senior competitive debut a year later in the UEFA Europa Conference League play-off. In total, he participated in 17 matches with Tottenham's U-21 squad.
