Last year in January, Ribeiro made the move to GC Zurich from Belenenses SAD, leaving behind the Portuguese first division. During his time with the club, the Lisbon-born player accumulated 32 appearances and scored three goals from his position as a defender. He is joining Vitória Guimarães immediately for an undisclosed fee.
