Hayao Kawabe, Amir Abrashi and Li Lei had to be substituted during yesterday's match in the second half due to minor injuries. Today's MRI examinations at Balgrist University Hospital revealed a slight muscle strain in the rear thigh for both midfielders. Kawabe and Abrashi are therefore expected to be out for 2 weeks.
For the Chinese defender Li Lei it appears to be a muscular injury as well, which occurred after an overextension of the leg. On Friday, further clarifications will be carried out to determine the exact extent of the injury and the expected downtime.
In addition to Margreitter, Jeong and Hoxha, Kawabe, Abrashi and Li Lei are also out for the away match against FC Sion on Saturday.
