Grasshopper Club Zurich are pleased to announce the return of Bendegúz Bolla. After fruitful discussions between the three parties, the Hungarian international returns to Zurich on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers for one further year.
In the last season, the 22-year-old right back played 30 Super League games with Grasshopper Club Zürich, scoring four goals and providing three assists. After a convincing first year in Zurich, "Bendi" will now play his second season in a row for the Grasshoppers.
"The return of Bendi is very important for us. He understands our system of play well and knows exactly what I expect from him. He proved his qualities over the course of last season and still has great potential for development. I am very happy to be able to work with him for another year," said Head Coach Giorgio Contini.
Bolla, who was playing with the Hungarian national team since the end of the championship, has arrived in Zurich after some days of holiday and will immediately join the team for the training camp in Crans-Montana.
Grasshopper Club Zurich is looking forward to continuing its collaboration with Bendegúz Bolla.
