IT'S DERBY TIME!

On Saturday afternoon, the Hoppers will face FCZ in the fourth and last Zurich derby of this season.

Despite a good performance in the last match, GC did not manage to score points against FC Basel 1893. Now the last quarter of the championship is approaching, which starts with the fourth Zurich derby of the season on Saturday afternoon, where the Grasshoppers will face their city rivals for the last time this season. "We have to make the turnaround, we are aware that we are coming from a negative series. However, I am convinced that we will see a team that will give everything, that wants to get back on the winning track and that wants to play the last quarter of the championship as successfully as possible," said head coach Giorgio Contini ahead of the derby.

FCZ is currently leading the table, having scored four victories out of the last five matches. Only in the home match against FC St.Gallen 1879 they had to admit defeat.

Against FCZ, head coach Giorgio Contini will have to do without long-term injured Florian Hoxha and Tomás Ribeiro, as well as Petar Pusic and Li Lei. Riascos will also not be part of the match, as he is still awaiting his work permit. Finally, Amir Abrashi and Léo Bonatini are questionable.

As in the last derby, Grasshopper Club Zürich will once again be able to count on the support of Marketing Consulting. The logo of the Swiss marketing company, which provides digital solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, will be featured on the Hoppers' shorts during the 278th Zurich derby.

The match will be broadcast as usual on 86-Live (radio and live ticker). In addition, for the International market, the match will be shown on the platforms of <link https: onefootball.com external-link-new-window auf eine externe seite grasshopper club>OneFootball and ELEVEN.
