Dear friends in Switzerland,
With great excitement and huge pride, I want to say congratulations Grasshoppers, for this richly-deserved promotion and Swiss Challenge League title.
I would like to express my gratitude to our players, coaches, staffs, fans, sponsors, partners, and everyone who has been a part of our journey this season. The glory belongs to you all.
Despite being separated from you by the pandemic, I have been supporting the club throughout, watching every match and engaging in every decision. I cannot wait to come to Zurich, to cheer and applaud Grasshoppers, together with you.
A new chapter has begun, and we will face it with confidence, hard work and ambition.
