Grasshopper Club Zürich reacts to the downward trend of the last games and part ways with immediate effect from coach João Carlos Pereira and his coaching staff. On an interim basis, Zoltan Kadar will take over responsibility for the 1st team for the remaining games of this season. He will be assisted by Marc Hodel, Ricardo Cabanas and Walter Grüter as athletics coach. The Grasshopper Club Zürich management is convinced that this internal solution will provide the necessary impetus to successfully achieve our seasons goal of promotion to the Super League.
The club would like to take this opportunity to thank coach João Carlos Pereira and his staff for their dedicated work on and off the pitch, their valuable contribution to the development of this project and wish them all the best for the future and their further coaching careers.
