Sporting director Stephan Schwarz presented the new head coach, Tomas Oral, last Tuesday (more information can be found here). The first test for Oral will be tomorrow, Saturday. FC Winterthur, their direct neighbours in the table, will be visiting GC Zurich. After picking up just one point from their last six CSSL games, the Zurich side will be looking to show a reaction and get back to winning ways against FCW.
Winterthur did not play a test match during the national team break. In the league, they recently returned to winning ways after beating FC Lausanne-Sport 1:0 at home. This was their third win of the season, winning all of their matches 1:0 at home. This includes the first clash between GC Zurich and FCW, when the Grasshoppers suffered a defeat at Schützenwiese at the beginning of October. Now the two teams will meet for the first time in Zurich.
Against Winterthur, new head coach Tomas Oral can count on the entire squad.
