GC ZURICH VISITS LUGANO

At the end of the English week, the Zurich team will travel to Ticino. On Saturday evening, they will face FC Lugano at 6 pm.

The Grasshoppers drew for the third time in a row. Despite trailing in the first half and taking the lead at one stage, it was ultimately only enough for a point. Muci's goal was particularly memorable. He put his colours in front with a spectacular overhead kick. However, as Oviedo equalised six minutes later, it was not enough to secure all three points. It was the sixth time in the last eight games that GC Zurich shared the points. They now travel to Ticino for the final game of the English week.

FC Lugano recently experienced three stoppage-time dramas in a row. After Croci-Torti's team scored a 3:2 winner in the 93rd and 94th minute against Winterthur and Sion, they conceded in the 94th minute away to St. Gallen last Wednesday evening and lost for the first time in the new year. As FC Basel 1893 won their match against FC Lucerne, Lugano is now in second place.

The first two meetings between the two teams this season resulted in a win for the Ticino side and a draw.

Tomas Oral will still be without Youngjun Lee, Mathieu Choinière, Giotto Morandi and Bryan Lasme on Saturday. However, Saulo Decarli will return from suspension.

There is no fan train against Lugano. The GC fans will be travelling to Lugano on the regular train, departing from platform 5 at 2.33 pm.You can find more information at www.sektoriv.ch. If you can't make it to Lugano, you can follow the game as usual on 86live via live ticker and radio.
