Having been a part of the French Youth national team since the U16 level, Ndicka has made 18 international appearances. The defender was born in France and additionally holds Cameroonian nationality. He developed his skills at the esteemed Olympique Lyon youth academy, renowned as one of the best academies globally. The defender underwent later a loan spell at Football Bourg-en-Bresse Péronnas during the 2019/20 season. In 2020, he signed a professional contract with Oostende, making his debut in the Belgian First Division and accumulating 80 appearances.
