The 20-year-old midfielder was developed in GC Zurich's youth academy and has been part of the Grasshoppers since the U13 level. With 37 competitive appearances in the first team, he has become a reliable player and is now extending his contract through an option.
Sport Director Stephan Schwarz says: ‘Tim has impressed with his performance and ambition, becoming a reliable player. We will continue to place our trust in young talents and provide them with the opportunity to prove themselves in the Super League.’
Tim Meyer adds: ‘I’m excited to continue playing for my youth club and am grateful for the trust placed in me. I aim to contribute with my performances and full commitment.’
