EVANS MAURIN MOVES TO GC ZURICH

Grasshopper Club Zürich is pleased to announce the signing of striker Evans Maurin. The 23-year-old Frenchman is moving from Yverdon Sport to Zurich.

Maurin began his career at FC Chiasso before moving to Yverdon in 2022. The talented left-footer impresses as a flexible attacking player who can play in various positions up front.

Head of Sport Stephan Schwarz on signing the contract: "In Maurin, we have a player with experience from the Super League. He also gives us an additional option in the offence, as he can be used in a variety of ways. We're delighted to have him in the team."

Evans Maurin on his move: "I'm delighted to be part of GC Zurich and to be working with Marco Schällibaum again. I will do everything I can to ensure that we can have a good season together."
