ST.GALLEN VISITS ZURICH

In the 35th CSSL round, the Hoppers will host FC St.Gallen 1879 on Thursday evening, aiming for three points against the eastern Swiss side.

In a hard-fought match, GC recently earned a point away at FC Basel 1893. Once again, they only had to concede the equalizer in Basel in the closing minutes. Nevertheless, the Zurich team showed a good game and now wants to confirm the performance in the last home game of the season and take all three points. They welcome FC St.Gallen 1879 at home.

The St.Gallen team itself recently suffered three defeats in a row. Particularly bitter was last weekend's defeat, when they were beaten 1:4 by FC Lugano in the Cup final. Now the last away game of the season is on the agenda for the team from eastern Switzerland. In the previous three duels of the season between the two teams, St.Gallen had to admit defeat twice and managed to win one.

Against St.Gallen, head coach Giorgio Contini will still have to do without Florian Hoxha, Tomás Ribeiro, Georg Margreitter and Petar Pusic due to injury. In addition, Christian Herc (red suspension) and Bendegúz Bolla (yellow suspension) are not available for selection.

The match will be broadcasted as usual on 86-Live (radio and live ticker). In addition, the match will be shown on the platforms of ELEVEN and OneFootball.
