NOAH PERSSON JOINS GC ZURICH ON LOAN

Swedish U21 international and Left-back Noah Persson joins GC Zurich on loan from BSC Young Boys until the end of the 2024/25 season.

21-year-old Noah Persson joined the Bernese club last year from Mjällby AIF in the Swedish first division, where he had been trained at youth level.

His appearances for YB this season have included the two Champions League qualifiers against Galatasaray. He made a total of 40  appearances for the Bernese club.

Sport director Stephan Schwarz comments the transfer: “Noah has already gained a lot of experience at a young age and we are delighted to have him in the team this season.”

Noah Persson says: “I am looking forward to the new challenge in Zurich and I am convinced that I can bring my strengths to GCZ and support the team in the best possible way.”

The Grasshopper Club Zurich extends a warm welcome to Noah.
